Australian Visayan Multicultural Communities (AUSVISAYAN) wishes to inform the community that the 2019 Philippines Independence Day theme is “Tapang ng Bayan, Malasakit sa Mamamayan”.
The National Historical Commission of the Philippines releases this information earlier today.
